NO CASINO!
On January 28, 2008, the voice of thousands of Sedgwick County voters was ignored as Mulvane, Kansas City Council members voted to annex property and accept a proposal for the development of a casino at Exit 33. If it is allowed to move forward, this casino will be built in the "backyard" of those voters who worked tirelessly to prevent the development of casinos from destroying the family and business communities in which they live and work. We must keep fighting! That is why we are asking you to sign the No Casino at Exit 33 Petition and ask your friends to do the same. We need at least 10,000 signatures to make a bold statement and gain a hearing. Thank you for partnering with us in this important effort!
